Terms and conditions

1. The hotel website

Play Egypt is the website of Play Egypt Hotel, operated by Play Egypt Hotel. It describes rooms, dining, the spa, experiences, the casino floor in Luxor, and an online casino lounge.

2. Reservation requests

A form on this site opens an email. It is a request, not a confirmed booking and not a charge. A room is held only when the hotel replies and agrees the dates. This website does not take payment.

3. The casino floor

The casino inside the hotel is for adults aged 18 or older. The hotel may ask for photo identification and may refuse entry. House notes on the casino hotel page are part of these terms.

4. The online casino

Egypt Slot on this website is entertainment for adults. It does not take a deposit, it does not pay cash, and it does not award a prize you can redeem. You may open it only if you are at least 18.

5. The pages

Descriptions of rooms, hours, and offers can change. An offer applies only if the hotel confirms it for your dates. Do not rely on this website as a promise of a particular table, flight, or room until you have that reply.
